Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Form Maker for Google Forms (the "App"), operated by FormMaker ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Form Maker for Google Forms is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Forms™ and Google Drive™ are trademarks of Google LLC.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

2. Google Account and API Usage

The App requires you to sign in with a Google account. By connecting your Google account, you authorize the App to access your Google Forms and associated Google Drive data through Google's official APIs, subject to the permissions you grant during the OAuth flow.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You can revoke the App's access at any time via Google Account Permissions.

Your use of Google services through the App is also governed by Google's Terms of Service. We do not control Google's services and are not responsible for any changes Google makes to its APIs or Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App to create or distribute forms that contain unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or harmful content
• Use the App to collect data from respondents in violation of applicable privacy laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App
• Circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access controls in the App
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the App
• Use the App in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or API policies

4. Your Content and Responsibility

All forms, questions, and data you create or manage through the App ("Your Content") remain stored in your Google account. You retain full ownership of Your Content.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring that the forms you create comply with all applicable laws — including data protection laws (such as GDPR and CCPA), anti-spam regulations, and the rights of your respondents.

We are not responsible for the content of your forms, the responses you collect, or how you use that data.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers a free version with limited features and a premium subscription ("Pro") that unlocks full functionality. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis.

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Play Store account settings
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple or Google respectively — we do not process refunds directly
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by FormMaker and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device(s) for personal or business use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Google Forms™, Google Drive™, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Their use in the App name and description is purely descriptive of compatibility and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That any data synced from Google's servers will be accurate or complete
• That the App will be compatible with future versions of Google Forms or the Google API

Since core functionality depends on Google's APIs, we cannot guarantee availability if Google changes or discontinues its APIs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FormMaker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of business.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including Google APIs, Firebase, and AdMob. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices or availability.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and revoking access from your Google account.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date above and, where appropriate, providing an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
