This Privacy Policy describes how Form Maker for Google Forms ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and handles your information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). The App is a companion tool that allows you to create, manage, and view Google Forms directly from your iOS or Android device.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Google Account Data (via OAuth 2.0)

To use the App, you sign in with your Google account. We request only the minimum necessary permissions (OAuth scopes) to provide the core functionality:

• Access to your Google Forms (create, edit, view forms and responses)
• Access to relevant Google Drive files associated with your forms
• Your basic Google profile information (name and email address) to identify your session

We do not access any other Google data (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, etc.) beyond what is listed above.

Device and Usage Data

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• App usage information (features used, session duration, crash logs)
• IP address and general region (country/city level)
• Advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android), if you have not opted out

Information You Provide

• Support requests or feedback you send us directly

2. How We Use Your Information

Data obtained through Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the features visible to you in the App. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Display, create, and manage your Google Forms within the App
• Sync form responses and form metadata from Google's servers to your device
• Authenticate you securely via Google Sign-In
• Diagnose crashes and fix bugs (via anonymized crash reports)
• Analyze aggregate, anonymized usage trends to improve the App
• Respond to your support requests

We do not use your Google account data or form data for:

• Advertising or marketing purposes
• Training machine learning or AI models
• Any secondary purpose without your explicit consent
• Selling or renting to third parties

Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Your Google Forms data (forms, questions, responses) is fetched directly from Google's servers and displayed on your device. We do not store your Google Forms data on our own servers.

Data cached locally on your device for offline or performance purposes is cleared when you log out of the App or delete the App.

Device and usage analytics data is retained in anonymized form for up to 12 months, then deleted.

Support correspondence is retained for up to 2 years.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Sign-In & Google Forms API — authentication and core functionality. Google Privacy Policy
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting and stability monitoring. Data is anonymized. Firebase Privacy
• Firebase Analytics — aggregate usage analytics to improve the App. Firebase Privacy
• Google AdMob (free version only) — serves contextual ads. May use advertising identifiers. Google Privacy Policy

These third parties may access device-level information only to the extent necessary to perform their designated functions and are bound by their own data protection obligations.

5. Google OAuth — Revoking Access

You can revoke the App's access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions and removing "Form Maker for Google Forms". Upon revocation, the App will no longer be able to access your Google Forms data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors listed above, strictly to operate the App
• Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to users

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (note: your Google Forms data is controlled by Google, not us)
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured format
• Opt-out of analytics: Disable analytics via your device's privacy settings
• Opt-out of personalized ads: Use your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) setting

9. Security

All communication between the App and Google's APIs is encrypted via TLS. We apply industry-standard security practices to protect any data we handle. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also provide an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
